Sugar industry

How the sugar industry shifted blame to fat.

Which is evident from my perspective, having crossed the European nutritional North-South divide: people eat more fats and oils down south. While I am not at all against prepared or factory produced foods, in fact they can be both tasty and healthy, but Northeners rely on many intermediate food products that in all honesty should be classified as fastfoods. A great example is instant cappuccino: 80% sugar and solid fats. By no means is that any better than a fries-diet.
