brenthuisman.net

website, design, code

A new domain (2). Why? Brent.ga didn’t sound quite ‘official’ enough. I’ll keep it around as a shortcut, but brenthuisman.net will be the definitive (really?) URL for a while to come (at least 3 years, already paid for it!).

Also, hosting is now with Github again, as I’ve grown accustomed to git since I started my job in France. I’m considering converting to Jekyll, since it allows one to add posts through github.com, but since custom plugins aren’t allowed, I find that some features are not (easily) portable. So for the time being I’ll stay with reliable Obraz. Next change is probably /feeds/ to a kind of custom iGoogle, with a search form to search stuff like here.com, search.ask.com (which I find to be a solid Google alternative). Probably I’ll call it HUD.
