Perhaps you remember the FCC’s campaign to allow citizens to send their input on a Net Neutrality decision. The results were against Net Neutrality, just as the FCC’s business friendly director advocated, which surprised many and quickly evidence pointed to a sizeable fraction non-citizen originated responses. Well, turns out 80% of the responses were in fact computer generated. Of the human responses, about 95% was in favor of Net Neutrality. Such are the ways of modern manipulation.
